Throughout July and August, the festival transformed Mimico Square in Amos Waites Park into an open- air dance space with FREE workshops on a vibrant dance floor mural co-designed by Natalie Very B and members of the Mimico community! Over 400 community members, 12 visual artists and 14 dance artists joined us between July 9 and August 13, 2022 for styles including Vernacular Jazz, Latin Fusion, Cuban Salsa, West African, Vogue, Hip Hop, Soca and Contemporary Indigenous and Inclusive Site-Specific Dance.
